Over the past few months Samsung have been focussing on their extensive range of Galaxy S4 devices but now it is time for the South Korean manufacturer to switch their attention to the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 handset, a model that is tipped to make an appearance during September.  New reports that are emerging on this model are suggesting that the phone will be supplied with a massive amount of RAM memory.

Fresh news coming out of South Korea, the home of Samsung, is that the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 model is set to be shipped with a massive 3GB of RAM memory, 1 GB more than the majority of premium models that are currently available.  What this extra memory will ensure is that the Note 3 delivers lightning fast multitasking speeds while it will also help with stylus input from the S Pen that will come supplied with the handset.  This latest news has come from Korean sources and trusted Tech site SamMobile have commented that the have recently heard similar claims.  According to GSMArena Samsung already have 4GB RAM chips ready for use but these will need to be modified if they are the ones to be used in the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.  The chips use 20 nanometre semiconductors and come supplied as a cohesive unit from Qualcomm with an Adreno graphics unit also included.

More news has also emerged over the past few days relating to when we will see the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launched.  Despite many reports stating that it would debut at IFA 2103 in Berlin it is now believed that Samsung will be hosting their own unpacked event in the same city two days prior to this event on September 4th.  This would mean that the handset could also be on show for the duration of IFA as well.  At the moment details on the new handset are scarce although it is believed that the model will include a 5.9 inch display judging by numerous reports although new sources are reporting that the screen may actually be smaller at 5.7 inches in size.  It has also been rumoured that the model will ship with the new Qualcomm 800 processor on board to ensure that it is one of the fastest phones on the market.  Get free Galaxy Note 3 handsets on selected tariffs.
