Now that we have seen various spin offs from the Samsung Galaxy S4 handset released Samsung will now focus on the release of the Samsung Galaxy note 3 which is tipped to arrive in September.  Various reports relating to this handset that we have seen emerge have suggested that the model will be launched at IFA 2013 but new sources indicate a dedicated event will be held for this phone just a few days beforehand.

New reports have revealed that the eagerly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone will be officially unveiled at a special Samsung Unpacked event on September 4th.  This contradicts a number of earlier stories that suggested the model would be launched at IFA 2013 in Berlin, the same event where previous versions of the model have been launched.  This latest news has come courtesy of Android Geeks who state that "sources close to the matter" have revealed that Samsung will hold their event in the same city as IFA just two days beforehand.  This will enable the manufacturers to still showcase the phone at IFA following its grand unveiling.

As yet there is no confirmed specification on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but a number of reports have given us some big clues about what to expect from the phone.  The obvious stand out feature is set to be the large display which rumours state will be between 5.7 and 5.9 inches in size and once again make use of Super AMOLED technology.  We have also seen some leaked images of the handset appear and they seem to suggest that the model will also offer a much more angular design than we saw on its curvier predecessors.  The phone is also on course to deliver lightning fast performance speeds thanks to the use of either a Snapdragon 600 or the new Snapdragon 800 processor, both of which offer quad core for excellent multitasking capabilities.  Take a peek at a range of Note 3 Samsung offers.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is tipped to be a very popular new device and it looks as though we can look forward to seeing what the device has to offer prior to the IFA event where it was originally rumoured to be launched
