Niam recruits Henrik Gerdin as Fund Manager
Niam has hired Henrik Gerdin as Fund Manager for Niam Nordic VI. Mr. Gerdin has extensive experience in real estate investing and before joining Niam, he held the position of Head of Transactions at Kungsleden. Prior to that Henrik Gerdin worked at Niam as a Director on the Acquisitions team. He started his employment as Fund Manager on December 7, 2018.
Rikard Henriksson, Head of Asset Management, says,“We look forward to working with Henrik again and are confident that he will have a lot to contribute in the role of Fund Manager for Niam Nordic VI.“
Niam currently manages approximately €3.2 billion in real estate assets and development projects through its funds, across all asset types and Nordic countries.
