Niam to acquire office property in Helsinki
Niam has signed an unconditional agreement to acquire a newly built office property in Helsinki from Skanska Commercial Development Nordic.
The property, named Aviabulevardi I, is in an excellent location right next to the new Aviapolis train station in Vantaa. Aviabulevardi I is a newly built flagship property in the very center of the new Aviapolis area, neighboring the Helsinki airport. The lettable area is 9,000 sqm and the property is fully let to a diversified mix of tenants.
