Niam has signed a binding agreement to dispose of the office property Pirsenteret to E.C. Dahls Eiendom AS, a subsidiary to Reitan Eiendom AS. Niam Nordic Fund IV has acquired the retail property Lennart 17 in Västerås from a bankruptcy estate represented by Ackordcentralen.
