SAS continues to expand its services and is now launching new routes from Oslo Airport. The new routes will suit both business people and holidaymakers.
SAS has today announced the first four new routes from its 2014 programme. From the end of March, SAS will be flying to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Aalborg and Chania from Oslo Airport.
“SAS offers more destinations and more frequent departures than any other Scandinavian airline, and we will continue to invest in what our customers want. We know that many will be interested in our new routes to new destinations, with several departures a week, for example from Oslo and Stavanger to Aberdeen and Edinburgh. These routes will be particularly attractive to businesses stepping up their activity in Scotland,” says Eivind Roald, executive vice president for Sales & Marketing in SAS.
Nic. Nilsen, managing director of Oslo Airport, is pleased to see SAS on the offensive and welcomes the new routes to Norway’s main airport.
“SAS is a key partner for Oslo Airport, and we are pleased to see they are in a position to offer our passengers new and exciting routes. They will supplement Oslo Airport’s existing routes very nicely,” he says.
Tickets for the new routes will be for sale from Thursday, 21 November 2013. SAS will launch its complete summer programme, including its peak season routes, on Monday, 25 November.
