Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Managing your health and safety on board

We would like to reassure our customers that we are continuing to follow Public Health England (PHE) Advice and will continue to provide a running service in support of our community, particularly critical sector workers such as teachers, nurses and retail staff.

We have extensive cleaning regimes that maintain high levels of hygiene for passengers to protect the health and well-being of customers and colleagues. These regimes are carefully monitored and reviewed. We are ensuring a greater focus on high-touch areas, and increasing activity where necessary.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to engage with government, follow the guidance from public health bodies, and provide advice and updates to you on our services.
