|As more and more people move to expanding cities, farming will be pushed further away from population centers. The result of this is longer transportation routes, less fresh products, increased reliance on petroleum-based fertilizers and more high-intensity monoculture farming. Detaljplan i Kallerstad är nu antagen av Samhällsbyggnadsnämnden i Linköping. I detaljplanen ingår ett område avsett för ett kombinerat växthus och kontor för Plantagon International. Shanghai, July 4, 2012 — Plantagon International has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tongji University in Shanghai. The MOU states that Plantagon and the University will cooperate regarding research on town-planning issues.
