Leading energy brokers, Apollo Energy, have reassured the business community after regulator Ofgem called for powers to take rogue energy brokers to court.
A spokesperson at Apollo Energy said: "As independent energy brokers, we aren’t tied down to one supplier. As such, we have established strong working relationships with the majority of industrial and commercial energy suppliers.
"This means we are able to offer clients a range of contract prices that reflect the whole market, rather than a single price from a single supplier."
Apollo Energy are founder members of the industry's trade body - the UIA (Utilities Intermediaries Association), which was set up to help protect those brokers who operate morally and without fault.
Ofgem's calls for powers to clamp down on the rogues helps to distance brokers like Apollo Energy further from the industry 'rogues'.
Apollo Energy are leading energy brokers offering a wide range of bespoke utility management services to businesses and organisations throughout the UK.
The company has been in operation since 2001 - and from the very outset has operated in an ethical and professional manner.
The company's directors have over 50 year's experience working within the utilities sector, and have developed strong relationships with the majority of industrial and commercial energy suppliers.
