Appeal for information after man seriously assaulted in Hamble-Le-Rice

We are appealing for information after a 49-year-old man was seriously assaulted outside Boomerang on Hamble-Le-Rice High Street on the weekend.

The incident happened between 1.30am and 1.45am on Sunday (June 23) morning.

The man received a serious head injury as a result and remains in hospital at this time.

This was at the end of a Saturday night out in the town with a lot of people around.
