Leading business space provider Goodman is throwing open the doors to its office space at Arlington Business Park, Reading, in a series of open days for local companies.
Companies from the Reading area will get to view the range of flexible workspace available at the Park, in a relaxed and informal environment without the need to make an appointment.
James Raven, Development Director of Goodman Business Parks, said: “With the large high- tech buildings we have here at Arlington Business Park, some businesses automatically assume they are only suitable as corporate headquarters. In fact, we offer flexible working space, which means that many of the buildings can provide a wide range of solutions to suit all different sizes of requirements and companies. Although our door is always open, we felt that by holding an ‘open office’ day, businesses in the area could come and view the properties at their own leisure.”
The first ‘open office’ day will be held on 17th June at Lakeview, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, RG7 4SA, just off J12 of the M4 from 9 am to 6 pm. Additional open days are being held on 15th July from 9am to 7pm and 16th September from 9am to 6pm 2010.
Goodman owns, develops and manages most of Arlington Business Park, which is set within a superb natural setting, close to Reading and junction 12 of the M4. It offers wide range of high quality offices in Reading, with xx sq ft available at the park, and is situated around a stunning landscaped lake that provides a relaxed working environment for its occupiers, attracting companies such as Pepsi Co, KPMG and RBS. Grade A accommodation is available with generous incentives, low running costs, all set within a high profile business environment.
