On Saturday the 12th of May, AtlasCorp arrived in London for a unique event designed to celebrate the individual accomplishments of sales and marketing professionals.
AtlasCorp: About the firm
Sheffield-based AtlasCorp hit the road this weekend to travel to the capital, where they took part in an annual celebration of the sales and marketing industry. The National Sales Awards invited the UK’s best business owners, mentors, brand ambassadors and contractors to London’s South Bank to observe the triumphs of the last 12 months. Eager not to let its contractors pass up on such a valuable experience, AtlasCorp brought its workforce along to share in the day’s festivities.
The highlight of the ceremony was a series of talks from the world’s biggest names in outsourced sales and marketing. Entrepreneurs and mentors from America and South Africa took to the stage to share personal accounts of their time within the industry, and dispel common misconceptions that success is down to luck. These talks struck a chord with many attendees in the audience and demonstrated that everyone has the potential to be successful if they are willing to persevere and face challenges head-on.
The event also offered AtlasCorp the opportunity to network with other attendees, including some of the industry’s biggest names. The firm was keen to encourage its workforce to grab this opportunity with both hands and learn as much as possible from the event’s more experienced guests.
As a committed mentor to young professionals, CEO of AtlasCorp Matt Stewart believes these events can give people a huge boost in confidence and ability;
“Our industry is built on paying it forward, everyone knows what its like to start from the bottom and therefore are more than willing to help others and share the foundations for success. So, it was imperative to get my people down to London and widen their networks.”
