BANNER MANAGED COMMUNICATION TO ENTER ‘VERSIONING’ MARKET

10th February 2012, London, UK.  Banner Managed Communication (‘BMC’) announced today that it has acquired the trade name and certain assets of adversion, the advertising ‘versioning’ specialist.

adversion specialises in versioning for TV, Cinema, Radio, Online, Mobile, Press, Out-of-Home, and Digital Signage.  adversion has deep expertise in adapting and localising marketing content across many media channels and for different international territories, where varying  local content, technical compliance and legal requirements have to be met. The adversion team has a track record of working with some of the best-known global brands and agencies.

adversion will operate as a division of BMC
