Female entrepreneur and director at Blue Branch Rania Noumaan addressed delegates at a Regional Conference this past weekend, where she shared business advice and knowledge to help attendees learn, grow and develop.

Held at the 5-Star Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, on Sunday, June 3rd, the regional conference is a quarterly event, held to bring together sales and marketing professionals from across the country.
Delegates gathered in the Glamis Suite for a midday start time. The event was opened by one of the leading figures in the direct sales and marketing industry. The award-winning business owner spoke about the incredible opportunities within the industry and why some people don’t make it.
After the hour-long introduction, attendees were divided into two separate groups to allow them to attend a tailor-made seminar, specially designed for each group to provide relevant information to help delegates progress their business development. The first group which participated in the seminar back in the Glamis Suite, comprised of industry rookies. They heard from speakers on many subjects including adopting the right mentality: opportunity vs job, sales skills, how someone can establish their “why”, and how field sales prepares someone for business ownership.
Ms Noumaan was one of five guest speakers asked to address the second group in the Edinburgh Suite, which comprised of more experienced individuals. Each speaker addressed delegates on a specialist subject including; how to be a great leader and establish influence, important conversations to have and what it takes to set someone up for success. Ms Noumaan spoke about setting expectations;
“Expectations are vital! It’s important to establish what you expect to achieve at the beginning of any project, and what it’s going to take to make that possible,” commented Ms Noumaan.
As the owner of event-marketing specialists Blue Branch, Ms Noumaan has gained experience as a public speaker. The entrepreneur gets great satisfaction from sharing her advice and knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs.
“I remember attending events like the regional conference before I became a business owner, and the information shared by the guest speakers was something I applied to help progress my business development,” commented Ms Noumaan.
