Ash and Mark Chesworth have now joined the Bournecoast team, bringing with them
a wealth of experience from working in the industry for many years.
Chellenka Davis, Lettings Manager, said: “We are delighted to welcome Helen and Mark onboard. With the current demand for rental properties our lettings department is very busy and we wish to be able to offer landlords and tenants the best possible service.”
Their appointments were prompted by the instigation of the new Customer Service Charter which affects each department across the board.
All staff signed up to deliver a second to none service under the Bournecoast banner.

The Customer Service Charter was borne out of the desire to help monitor and enhance the Customer Service Bournecoast offer to their clients. Whilst acknowledging that they cannot be 100% perfect they would like to be the best in the area, so feedback is essential for them to try to meet these objectives. They are encouraging all clients, whether landlords or tenants, to become their “critical friend” and appreciate ideas for ways in which they believe Bournecoast can improve.

In 2010 Bournecoast celebrated it’s 50th anniversary and has been family run since it’s inception when it was established by Major & June Webb in 1960.
