Press Release   •   Oct 17, 2012 17:55 BST

Taiwo Oryshayomi (33) penned the book in response to the current economic climate, assuring property investors and anyone trying to increase their income that it will cost no more than £4000 to start Rent2Rent.

Taiwo, director of Rent2Rent said: “Rent2Rent means taking control of a property from a struggling landlord and letting each room out individually to corporate working tenants. Within 10 months they will receive a regular income that does not require much hard work to maintain.”

The formula behind Rent2Rent can be found in Taiwo’s book, ‘Massive Ca$h During a Massive Crash.Taiwo also offers several different classes, including one day and home study courses to get investors started.

Taiwo has helped many people already, including an elderly lady who was looking for an extra £500 a month to increase her pension, but by implementing the Rent2Rent strategy she earned £1000  a month instead.

Taiwo originally came from Nigeria and her work ethic led her to find a job in just twenty four hours of setting up in London. She started off working for the fashion industry and quickly made her way up to landing a job in fashion publication.

In 2003 she published her own fashion magazine called ‘Bolz’, and after four years of running the magazine, Taiwo realised that the property industry would give a higher income, so she left in 2007 and started her property career.

Taiwo added: “Rent2Rent is the fasted way of creating a large income, the difference between the rent that I pay the owner of the property and the rent that I charge the tenants is instant profit. In three months you can fire your boss if you wish.”
