Samsung is indeed excellent when it comes to getting celebrity spokespeople to endorse their products. Why? Well, look at how they were able to get a phenomenal product placement for the Super Bowl via the Samsung Galaxy Note and the recent 2012 Olympic opening ceremonies for the Samsung Galaxy S3.
Now, we all know who David Beckham is. Now he is appearing in the America, India, China, Olympic Games commercial adaptations for Samsung. Samsung’s Vice President and Chief of Worldwide Marketing Gyehyun Kwon said “David Beckham is a global sports icon who is helping to raise the proficle of the London 2012 Olympics and attracting more of us to watch and to actively participate in the games.”
He also noted that Beckham worked to help young people all over the globe to enjoy a better life and Samsung’s marketing campaign also places importance on the value of engaging the youth.
