The staff of Premier Cinema in Romford sought out a unique trick to make their audience at a screening of the acclaimed movie The Conjuring a little different. Premier Cinema is not only shot in the same location as zero budget Death Walks, it's also part of the movies backdrop. The managers of the cinema were only too pleased to get involved in the production of Death Walks by loaning the cinema to the production for some crucial scenes. So when the the staff found a dozen zombies waiting between shoots they took advantage of the situation.
Adam Fahn an assistant director on Death Walks went to the cinema to get their zombies a little light refreshments, when he was asked to spice up the final moments in a screening of The Conjuring.
As the credits began to roll at the end of the film, the zombies were led into the screen to give the audience an additional extra. "The audience were climbing over their seats to get away from our monsters, off the back of a riveting ending the last thing they were expecting was a zombie attack." Said Fahn.
Death Walks a movie written and directed by Spencer Hawken and starring Lucinda Rhodes, Joanna Finata and Martin Holland is currently filming in Romford's Mercury Mall. It has in recent weeks developed a massive following after a number of extensive articles promoting the zero budget movie appeared both online and in printed media.
