Derbyshire Letting Agency Gives Green Light To Landlords

Press Release   •   Dec 18, 2013 13:16 GMT

Batchelor Pads Lettings, based in Derby City Centre, introduced the landlord beneficial system in order to match the right tenant to the right property.

Mrs Donna Batchelor, Managing Director of Batchelor Pads Lettings said “The results from using the system have exceeded all expectations and we are extremely happy with how it has been received”

The Traffic Light Matching System acts as a service for landlords when taking on new tenants by providing grading for their properties, split into 3 categories Red Amber and Green, Red properties are those that could need a lot of work or be in a less desirable area, whereas Amber applies to an average 3 bed semi-detached house in the mid price range and Green refers to properties that are in very popular, more desirable areas in the high price range.

Using the Traffic Light Matching System then enables landlords to match a suitable tenant for the property, instead of operating on a first come first serve basis.

The lettings agency which has recently moved to the city centre location is continuously offering no surprise bills on landlord statements, and transparent fees for all.

Donna, who has been a letting agent for 20 years, added: “We are constantly growing as a company and feel that introducing such a successful system sets us apart from our competitors”
