The report, based on a study conducted TNS a global research agency, they surveyed more than 2,000 people across three generations (Boomer, Y and Z), interviewing both the employed and the unemployed. The Gen Z respondents had more in common with nose-to-the-grindstone older generations, which privilege security and stability above exploration and a sense of purpose in their jobs.
