L’Abbaye de Talloires won the “four-and five-star Hotel Customers Trophy Award” for the outstanding quality service provided for the second time, after winning in 2009. The property located on the shore of Lake Annecy is the only one in France to have been handed this award twice.

Jetwing Lighthouse Hotel and Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions respectively won “Sri Lanka’s Leading Resort” and “Sri Lanka’s Leading Wellness Resort”. The two properties are set on the golden beaches of Sri Lanka blending heritage and luxury in a haven of calm and outstanding surroundings.

The World Travel Awards rewarded Forte Village Resort in both the “World’s Leading Resort” and “World’s Leading Sports Academy” categories. Set in the middle of 55 acres of Mediterranean vegetation, Forte Village offers guests seven four- and five-star hotels arranged in the style of a traditional Italian village. Many famous sports players have stayed at the resort, including players from Chelsea Football Club and the Wentworth Golf Club.
