A raffle raised over £1100 for the Macmillan Caring Locally charity.
Nigel Soloman, Managing Director of Bennington Green said: “It is great that this local project that does so much good is being so well supported by local businesses. A huge thanks to everyone who turned up on the evening.”
The object of the party was initiated by Nigel Soloman to celebrate The Grove’s first anniversary and, having been instrumental in the project management, Bennington Green were delighted to be involved as party hosts.
Sponsors of the event included Tanner & Tilley Town Planning Consultants who obtained planning permissions for The Grove, AFC Bournemouth, Breeze Volkswagen, USP Business Solutions and Route 66.
Carlie O’Neill from Tanner & Tilley commented: “This was a great event and very well supported. T&T were proud to be involved with the planning on the project so to now be able to support and enjoy the facilities is a great honour.”
