HTC One X And Its Android 4.0.4 Update

Press Release   •   Aug 29, 2012 12:34 BST

If you are worried about the HTC One X’s capacitive button layout being jarred by its Android 4.0.4 update just like what happened on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, then wait until you hear the good news from HTC. HTC launched and updated version of the Android 4.0.4 and it allows HTC users to map menu functionality to the phone’s lower right “recent app” key. It also allows the owners to have some kind of white balance and continous auto-focus improvements with its camera app.

You can expect stability improvements as well as a dedicated tab switcher for the phone’s built-in browser. This is if you haven’t tried Google’s Chrome for smartphones. The update for the international Android 4.0.4 iteration rolls out today with the AT&T version doing its rounds.
