HTC One X With Ice Cream Sandwich OS Update

Press Release   •   Aug 14, 2012 09:57 BST

If you are a fan of HTC One X, then be happy! The Taiwanese giant phone manufacturer started rolling out the ICS Update for their current flagship the One X. There is also the tweaked HTC Sense UI that you can now enjoy. Last August 10, a certain HTC spokesperson confirmed the said roll out in the UK. The sad thing is, other regions may have to wait for their ICS update. But worry not, because HTC expects to complete the said roll out by the end of August.

HTC’s statement and I quote: “The primary update will include an upgrade to Android version 4.0.4 (ICS), in addition to an improved Sense experience which will enable the ability to map menu functions to the “recent app” key – improving visual presentation in non-ICS apps like Facebook – and improve tab management in the browser with a dedicated tab-switching button.”
