JD Sports and Under Armour give you the chance to meet Welsh Rugby Union players

Press Release   •   Feb 26, 2010 12:29 GMT

JD Sports, the King of Trainers and Under Armour, the US-based leader in performance apparel and footwear, have joined forces to offer JD Sports customers and Welsh Rugby fans an exclusive chance to meet two stars of the team on Thursday 4th March.

Lock Deiniol Jones will be heading to the JD store at Parc Tawe Retail Park in Swansea and Ritchie Rees will be appearing in the JD store at Cardiff Bay Retail Park (along with one other surprise player). The guys, will be there from 4.30pm to 6.30pm so be sure you head down to one (if not both!) of the selected JD stores to meet the rugby legends in person, grab a photo as well as an autograph and of course not forgetting to pick up your replica Under Armour Wales shirt! You can also pick up an extensive range of official Under Armour WRU training and supporters gear online at www.jdsports.co.uk and in store.

Blistering heat to bitter cold; whatever the conditions, Under Armour Performance keeps athletes comfortable, dry, and light with products engineered to perform and built to last.  The Wales jerseys are no exception with features such as strategic ventilation built in at key points where the body dumps heat, keeping you cool in the heat of the game. Moisture transport is another key feature for the athlete – Under Armour fabrics wick moisture away from the body to keep the player dry, comfortable, and ready to get stuck in from the 1st minute right through to the 80th.

Make sure you don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity to meet two rugby union superstars.
