From audio to visual, Jeremy Harnell is a creative who excels in both areas. This Californian born artist and producer, currently based in Southeast England, splits his time between making music and creating graphic art.
His passion and success as a cross-medium artist was noted in 2007 when Jeremy made it to the finals of the Tate Track Awards, a competition which required musicians to create a piece of music inspired by works at the Tate. In the same year, he released an acclaimed album and by 2011 was voted Best Abstract/Experimental Artist in the People’s Choice Music Awards.
Jeremy's love for music can be seen in this Easyart collection which features, tapes, synthesisers and mixing decks. His work also features typography prints and 90's nostalgic pieces - think Gameboys and Tetris!
Easyart started out 25 years ago in a basement in Brighton to help people discover great prints at affordable prices. The founders wanted to use their passion and expertise to make art available for everyone, everyday, everywhere, whether new works or much –loved classics. Today Easyart works closely with leading museums, galleries, organisations and artists and are constantly searching for fresh talent. The team is still based in Sussex and still just as passionate about how they print, hand-frame and deliver art with pride, craftsmanship and care.
Easyart is a proud partner in Art Everywhere, a charitable organization which aims to put on the world’s largest outdoor exhibition this August. Read more about the project here
