LG and Samsung are preparing smartphones with Full HD screens

The two mobile manufacturing giants from South Korea - Samsung and LG are going to release in early 2013 smartphone with a screen resolution of Full HD (1080p). The density of pixels per inch will be higher (than expected 400 pixels) than the Retina -display iPhone 5 (326 points). The news is based on the information shared by the Korean blog MK News.

Previously, the newspaper reminds, LG showed a 5-inch LCD panel with a pixel density of 440 pixels. Most likely, the company  step will motivate other manufacturing company to develop similer characterstic handsets in order to give tough competition to LG. Samsung, rumored to order a Full HD displays in their own division. The highest level of the company's devices ppi owned smartphone Galaxy Nexus - 316 pieces per inch.

The first smartphone to 1080p and 440 ppi last week announced the HTC . Under the cover of J Butterfly mounted quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) clocked at 1.5 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. The amount of internal storage is 16 GB.

The intention to make large and clear display said Japanese companies. Earlier in October, JDI - a joint venture owned by Sony, Toshiba and Hitachi, - began production of 5-inch display is a new generation. It offers IPS-matrix resolution 1080h1920 pixels and high pixel density (ppi) - 443 dpi.
