Meeting & Incentive Forums (, the intensive supplier/meeting planner events organisers, are pleased to announce dates and locations for their 2011 events.

Meeting and Incentive Forums are highly focused appointment-based events centering on the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industries in Europe, the USA and Asia. The Forums, which run over four days, offer a guaranteed minimum of 50 pre-scheduled, one-to-one appointments between top MICE suppliers and key meeting and incentive buyers, all of whom have confirmed budgets to spend. 

The dates for 2011 events are as follows:

USA Meeting & Incentive Forum, May 31-June 4, The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida, USA

Asia Meeting & Incentive Forum, June 21-25, Meliá Bali, Bali, Indonesia

European Meeting & Incentive Forum Spring, July 5-9, Grand Hotel Huis Ter Duin, Noordwijk, The Netherlands

European Meeting & Incentive Forum Autumn, October 25-29, Hesperia Tower, Barcelona, Spain

Designed to focus on business, the events are also enjoyable and provide a variety of opportunities to build business relationships including receptions, gala dinners and networking activities.

A wide range of suppliers are represented at each event to meet with carefully selected MICE buyers from different regions. Previous suppliers include The Dorchester Collection, Baglioni Hotels, Lucien Barrière Hotels, Visit London, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin Hotels. Buyers have included American Express, Coca Cola, Philips Electronics, Siemens, Grass Roots, CWT and Nike.

Meeting & Incentive Forums ( are part of Big Worldwide, a global, privately owned travel, technology and media company headquartered in London.
The first Meeting & incentive Forum was launched in 2006 in London as a solution to a marketplace that was demanding a fresh approach. The M&I Forums offer MICE suppliers the opportunity to attend an event with vetted, hand selected MICE buyers, all of whom have confirmed budgets to spend. Participating suppliers conduct a series of private 20-minute meetings with 50 qualified buyers during the four-day events. All meetings are pre-scheduled, with the buyers themselves booking the appointments so that the suppliers can be assured of their genuine interest in the product. Buyers attend the events for two days and can choose which dates they prefer to attend. Networking opportunities are presented throughout the events including lunches, refreshment breaks, champagne receptions, gala dinners and social activities which are also included.
