Ministry of Justice - Judicial Appointments: Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) - Clarke

The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed Barry James Clarke to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) with effect from 11 January 2010, assigned to the Cardiff Region.

Notes to Editors

Barry James Clarke is 39. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1966. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2005 and as a Fee paid Immigration Judge in 2006.
