Dr Ann Nuala Brice retires as a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber) on 22 December 2009.

Notes for the Editor

Dr Ann Nuala Brice (72) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1963. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the VAT and Duties Tribunal and Deputy Special Commissioner of Income Tax in 1992, as a Salaried Chairman of the VAT and Duties Tribunal and Special Commissioner of Income Tax in 1999, as a Fee-paid Legal Chairman of the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal in 2001 and as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal in 2005.

The Tax and Chancery Chamber became part of the Tribunals Service in April 2009.
