Held last month at Oakwood House in Kent, the awards recognise projects in the housing sector that demonstrate excellence in the delivery of high quality services, as well as teams or individuals who have made a valuable contribution to the sector.
Golding Services picked of the Excellence in Repairs and Maintenance award for its contribution to the sector. Having only been set up four years ago as the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Golding Homes and Mitie, Golding Services has delivered 66,000 repairs and improved customer satisfaction to 95 per cent, with 99 per cent of repairs being completed on time.
Additionally, Golding’s partnership work with Garden Organic to create a community garden at Walshaw and Telford was recognised in the Excellent Partnership with Business category.

“Over the past four years, our wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Golding Services has grown from strength to strength, and we’ve been recognised across the industry for not only R&M, but for innovation and our contribution to health in the community through the Health MOT roadshow.”
