Mitie’s Client Services business has received the prestigious Service Provider of the Year award at this year’s British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) awards in London.
Mitie’s front of house and telephony specialists were praised by the judges for truly working in partnership with their clients to ensure they receive a five star service that fits their requirements.
Collecting the award on the night, David Howorth, director of operations for Mitie Client Services said:
“This award recognition comes on the back of an exceptional year for Mitie Client Services. Our business has grown over 40%, we’ve mobilised some fantastic new contracts and our team are continuing to deliver our five star service.”

Mitie was also part of PwC’s winning team in the Excellence in a Major Project category for the move to its new offices at 7 More London. Successful partnership and working as one organisation was the key to the win. The project was the move to PwC’s new 10-storey, 48,000 square metre building on the Thames next City Hall.
