MITIE, along with the other chosen suppliers are using a single local supply chain to secure the best economies of scale and value for money, and are equally committed to using local labour. It is envisaged that this could mean up to 120 jobs and 12 apprenticeships in the city. MITIE is very keen to get involved in community projects too, demonstrating their commitment to putting something back into the communities they work in.
