Mitie, the FTSE 250 strategic outsourcer, has been awarded a three year contract extension to deliver front of house services to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, following a very competitive tender process.
Mitie’s client services business has managed reception, switchboard, helpdesk and meeting and event bookings for the bank at four locations across the UK since 2007.
They were awarded the contract extension based on their proven track record in understanding the needs of the bank and their guests, on top of their people focussed approach.
