Ryan Greening - who earlier this year was elevated to a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – has just passed his MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution with a Merit.He has achieved this via a mixture of distance learning with interactive webinar lectures and sheer determination.
Ryan, who has been a director with the Bournemouth based Property Consultancy for just over a year now said: “The MSc has built upon my practical experience dealing with construction law and the management and resolution of disputes and provides a recognised level of aptitude in this specialist sector of the industry.”

Bennington Green was established in 1992 by Damon Green.
In August 2005, the company was acquired by Nigel Soloman, a Chartered Engineer, and Keith Kirkwood, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Bennington Green Ltd was created.
Earlier this year they acquired Richard Neale Associates and both Damon Green - one of the leading Chartered Building Surveyors in the area - and Richard Neale continue to provide consultancy services to the business.
