Music and Voice agency The Beat Suite is again hitting the airwaves, this time with its work for MTV UK on its highest rating TV series ever – “Geordie Shore‟.
Newcastle-based The Beat Suite worked with the cast of “Geordie Shore‟ to provide a range of audio and voiceover services for MTV UK for the recently concluded second series.
The Beat Suite managing director Steve Bainbridge said: “MTV was able to use our ISDN and voiceover facilities right here in the North East without the added cost of sending the entire cast down to London. We were able to provide the facilities to record the voiceovers and dial-in outside producers using our ISDN link.
Steve Bainbridge added: “We are finding an increasing amount of clients from outside of the region who are using our Voiceover and ISDN services at our state-of-the-art studios here in Newcastle. It‟s more cost effective than using recording studios in the North West and London.
“We are two minutes from Central Station and the North East is so easy to get to by rail and car. Unlike other North East production facilities we actually specialise purely in voiceover, audio and production music and we have the skills, experience and track record to show for it. Clients love our facilities with their cutting-edge technology. We look after them well.”
The company, which was founded only seven years ago by Steve Bainbridge, has also won contracts to supply music for advertising video for such blue chip names as Samsung Mobiles, Flymo, Kodak and Lotus cars and it provided the music heard every day by more than four million viewers of US breakfast show Good Morning America.
Later this year The Beat Suite will be launching new online voiceover services via its growing music library Beatsuite.com.
