Marius Møller has been appointed President with responsibility for the Danish operations of NCC Property Development A/S and will assume the position on October 1, 2012.
Marius has worked for NCC Property Development Denmark for the past 16 years, most recently as Regional Manager of the Copenhagen area. He has gained solid experience of doing business in the field of commercial property development through his work on a large number of development projects in the Copenhagen area.
Additionally, Marius has several years’ experience of project development from his previous employment at Rasmussen & Schiötz with its subsidiary R&S Baugesellschaft, where he worked on both commercial and residential projects in Germany.
Marius will report to Joachim Hallengren, President, NCC Property Development, and will be a member of the business area management.

Marius replaces Nikolaj Hertel who is soon to retire after 22 years in the position as President for NCC Property Development Denmark. Nikolaj will continue to work on assignment from Joachim Hallengren as Senior Advisor within the NCC Property Development business area.
