E-mail is currently the most widely used method for distributing surveys online, but getting a high click rate from an e-mail circular is a challenge for many. Netigate’s new functionality for embedded questions in e-mail circulars helps to increase response rates on short surveys, aids in getting answers to a specific question more quickly, and supports the work of ongoing customer loyalty measurements such as Net Promoter Score. With this new technology, Netigate is continuing to drive the development of cloud services for managing customer and employee feedback.
The functionality of embedded questions is now included in Netigate’s Enterprise licence. The Enterprise licence is one of the most used forms of licence that Netigate offers and also includes dashboard functionality for visualising key performance indicators, for multi-language support, and for integrating Netigate with customers’ existing systems by way of APIs (Application Programming Interface).
“With the functionality for embedded questions, we can offer our customers a quicker way of collecting valuable feedback from their customers. The trend for shorter, transaction-driven surveys is clear, and we can now further enhance what we offer our customers who regularly and systematically work with feedback and customer loyalty,” explains Lars Lindberg, Marketing Manager at Netigate.
The functionality has been developed using a technology that is capable of delivering an HTML message that includes a survey question regardless of the e-mail client used by the recipient and any spam filters that may exist.
“We’ve developed the technology in co-operation with our users. Studies of how recipients react to e-mail circulars have shown that click rates have reduced and that many respondents don’t even begin the survey and just leave the e-mail before clicking through to it. Our tests show that the new technology contributes to both a higher response rate and quicker completion of the survey.” says Andreas Landsbo, Product Manager at Netigate.
