Fredrik Nicklasson has been appointed Sales Manager at ComAround. He joins the company from Inrego, where he was Sales and Marketing Manager. Fredrik has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a background in sales and marketing in Swedish growth companies and global companies in the IT industry.

ComAround is today the market leader in Zero Level support, and is established in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Fredrik's recruitment is seen as an important step enabling ComAround to continue to grow internationally. As Sales Manager at ComAround, Fredrik will be responsible for sales internationally, with the focus on Sweden and Norway.

"We have been looking for someone like Fredrik," says Peter Ståhl, CEO at ComAround. Fredrik's background, experience and personality make him a perfect fit for our team. We are looking forward to an exciting autumn as we continue to roll out ComAround Zero, the latest version of our web-based self service."

Fredrik Nicklasson has solid experience in the IT industry, where he has worked for the past 15 years. He joins the company from a role as Sales and Marketing Manager at Inrego. Previously, Fredrik has been Sales Manager at Dell and at the Swedish IT security company Clavister, and a Business Area Manager at the distributor Ingram Micro.

"ComAround is now perfectly positioned, with an attractive, newly developed SaaS service that reduces the costs and workloads of Helpdesks and IT departments. I see great potential for development in this area, with many organisations needing to develop their approach to support and think more in terms of self service. This is an area where ComAround and our web-based self service have an important function to fulfil," says Fredrik Nicklasson.
