Nominations for the Self Service Awards 2010

The Self Service Awards are an annual distinction awarded to those companies and organisations that have best sustained and streamlined their customer support work with the aid of web-based self-service.

ComAround has more than 20 years' experience in self-service. We now intend to highlight those companies that have best managed to utilise web self-service to support the achievement of their strategic goals as well as to integrate web-based self service in other support routines. It is for this reason that ComAround has now started the annual Self Service Awards. By creating this award we hope to become a source of inspiration, improve knowledge concerning the benefit of web-based self-service and highlight success factors and good practice.


Those nominated are based on 462 companies and organisation in diverse areas of the private and public sectors that use ComAround's support platform - ComAround Self Service™ - internally in respect of their employees or externally on behalf of their customers. The evaluation is based on their respective performance in 2010 and the awards are divided into four categories. The winners will be presented on 7th December.


The jury comprises four members from ComAround. Together they account for more than 40 years of experience within the customer support area.


These are the nomination categories for the year:
