The latest ‘Toughest Tech of 2016’ Which? Survey (August 2016) found that Panasonic was the number one rated brand overall and ‘most reliable brand’ for cordless phones. The results of a survey of 10,000 Which? Members found that Panasonic was the brand that members loved most of all when it comes to landlines.
Panasonic phones received the highest customer score, based on reliability and satisfaction data received by Which? and previous product test scores. The DECT Handsets received praise for their low as 12% fault rate, with 81% of phones remaining fault-free after five years.
In June (2016) Which? also awarded Panasonic’s KX-TGF320 Cordless Phone with a ‘Best Buy’, denoting its ease of use and diverse array of features.
