Q-Park Rewards App Nominated for CIM Marketing Excellence Award

Q-Park, one of Europe's largest independent parking companies has been shortlisted for the CIM Marketing Excellence Innovation Award 2017 for its mobile ticketing and reward app.

The calibre of awards submissions has been extremely high this year across all categories. After much deliberation by the judging panel, Q-Park Rewards loyalty app has been shortlisted in the category for Innovation - New Products or Services. The app was developed with Corethree, Europe’s leader in m-ticketing and integrated data solutions technology, back in 2014.

CIM’s (Chartered Institute of Marketing) prestigious Marketing Excellence Awards are held this year on 27th April in London and reward brilliance in the field of marketing, celebrating the finest minds within the profession. These awards acknowledge the creativity and originality delivered by marketers, as well as showcasing the successes of marketing teams and individuals alike.

This award recognises the innovation in the age of customer-centric approaches which led to an outstanding value proposition. Corethree adapted the Q-Park online pre-booking system and key features for mobile use, as well as adding a range of new features to enhance the user experience for Q-Park customers, such as bespoke discount flash passes and QR codes for location-based offers. ‘Mobile ticketing is completely revolutionising the way consumers move and travel. The Q-Park Rewards loyalty app is available to download from the App Store or Google Play on any smartphone.

Q-Park has won a RoSPA Health & Safety Award and also holds 59 ParkMark Safer Parking Scheme accreditations, 15 European Standard Parking Awards (ESPA) and a Silver Investors in People Award.

Q-Park offer customers many complimentary services at their parking facilities which include free baby buggy and umbrella loans as well as jump starters and heart defibrillators in case of emergencies.
