The Nordic Media Festival takes place in Bergen, Norway, May 11 - 13 2011. The festival program includes 40 sessions, workshops and screenings, presented by more than 100 national and international speakers. The registration for the 2011 festival will open on our website on January 14, 2011.
The Nordic Media Festival is the largest media conference in the Nordic region, gathering more than 1500 delegates. Our delegates come from a variety of media, but mainly from TV, newspapers and web production. The festival covers the most pertinent subjects; from media policy, development of digital media and future technological challenges, to programme making and production, ethics, press freedom and content development.
The Nordic Media Festival presents a program relevant for the international media industry. Journalists and other media professionals from across the media landscape can increase their competence, find new insights and develop creative ideas. Every year approximately 10 conference sessions are presented in English.
We look forward to welcoming all our delegates and speakers to 3 days packed with qualified speakers, interesting subjects, entertaining social events and great networking opportunities.
