Rock Recruitment is proud to host one of the only monthly HR Forums that exist in Dorset. Our forum is facilitated by Jane Coshan of Connect HR who is an experienced HR Professional and it is held in one of the most prestigious locations with ample parking - The Chewton Glen Hotel and is held the second Thursday of every month.

The Forum is Free to all HR Professionals from all industry sectors who hold a Director or Management position within their organisation and our aim is to give access to new ideas, solutions and innovations to help take HR departments and companies forward, spaces are limited. The agenda is pitched at a high level and we endeavour to present new information, case studies and learning and development opportunities to the programme each year.

Keynote and 'table top' sessions give a high-level view of the HR industry, offering predictions and insight to help you to form your future HR strategies. The interactive discussions drill down into specific issues, allowing you to share your collective experiences and to learn how your peers are dealing with similar situations.

Scheduling for the rest of the year is on-going however the first six month topics range from Employment Law to LinkedIn as a recruitment tool is.
