RUBY J EVENTS, London’s leading light in elite party and creative experiential events has just landed a prestigious contract with client NBC Universal which earlier this month saw the team planning, staging and hosting a 3-day VIP event at The Super Bowl in Arizona, USA.
The NBC Super Bowl contract coincided with Ruby J Events’ newly launched New York office which opened its doors to meet emerging client demand, now on both sides of the Atlantic.
NBC’s VIP Super Bowl extravaganza hosted 1,200 guests across three bespoke staged events, expertly designed from concept through to completion by Ruby J Events.
During the event, sponsors and major dignitaries from the sporting world were invited to experience the very best of NBC’s corporate hospitality courtesy of Ruby J’s rigorous and versatile event planning.
The brief included the custom designed experiential hospitality suite for the 3 day event which transformed the ball room of the Phoenician Hotel Resort, Scottsdale into an upmarket networking and entertainment lounge.
Ruby J were also responsible for the professional delivery of a theatre-style, multi media set for the Super Front presentation day, which previews the Channel’s prestigious and upcoming events.
The project culminated in the transformation and high-end fit-out of a private aircraft hangar, where guests were entertained by US hit rock band ‘Train’ and ‘America’s Got Talent’ Judge and DJ, Nick Cannon.
