The Seychelles renewed its rendez-vous with the French press at the Hotel Pavillon Kleber in Paris this Friday 4 November. Bernadette Willemin and Gilles Gosselin, Directors for Europe for the Seychelles Tourism Board and Air Seychelles, respectively joined Pierre U Stacher, the General Manager of the Kempinsky Seychelles Resort, to address a Press Conference in the French capital.
All three partners took the floor to present their respective products. Gilles Gosselin proudly took the journalists on a scenic flight on board the newly branded Boeing 767 -300 whilst explaining the company background, services and future development plans. Bernadette Willemin for her part emphasized on the various events which Seychelles Tourism Board has developed to give the destination another dynamic touch such as the Seychelles Carnaval International de Victoria annually in March, the Creole Festival in October, the Festival of the Sea in November and the Eco- Healing Marathon in February. The opportunity was timely to showcase our destination with its variety and diversified products through a presentation, reminding the audience of the natural beauty that our islands offer throughout the year. Pierre U Stacher concluded by presenting the latest hotel to be opened, the Kempinski Seychelles Resort. This new resort is located at Baie Lazare on the main island of Mahé, home to the international airport and capital of Seychelles, Victoria, which retains its idyllic beauty with mountains and scores of gorgeous beaches, diverse marine life and astounding botanical gardens.
The Seychelles Kempinski Resort which is a 30-minute drive from the international airport will feature 173 stylishly decorated rooms and suites, with most of them boasting stunning views of the Indian Ocean.
