Teleopti, a global provider of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions for contact centres, has together with its partner Huawei Technologies, received yet another order from a branch corporation of China Telecom, Heilongjiang Telecom. Teleopti and Huawei will provide a multi-media customer service solution, which includes Teleopti’s workforce management software, Teleopti CCC. The solution will be used to manage both traditional phone calls and other multi-media customer interactions.

The solution helps our customers improve their service level and operational efficiency.
