Military and Homeland Security focus

4C Strategies initial focus will be on customers in the military, the emergency management and the homeland security domain.

About Christer Kjellkvist

• Christer Kjellkvist's career to date includes twenty years of experience in the Armed forces, with a ten-year focus on information security and risk management.

• During his seven years as CEO of T-Kartor, he successfully built an affiliated, security cleared subsidiary company in the United States, establishing key official contracts.

• Christer Kjellkvist completed a two-year course at the National Defense University (USA), specialising in the strategic use and protection of information. He is a certified CIO and CIAO in the US and has participated in international crisis management and information operation focused working groups.

• Christer Kjellkvist accomplished a multi-year, international study analysing the management and dependence of the so-called critical information infrastructure, and risk management from a national perspective.
