Agency Negotiation Ltd. is an early stage start-up that is doing just that. We help homeowners choose the best estate agency (not on highest valuation or lowest commission),based on the estate agency key performance indicators (k.p.i's) such as average number of days on the market, % of asking price achieved etc. We then negotiate the commission to both save the vendor money and to better motivate the estate agency to achieve more for their client. Finally, we check the contract to ensure fairness and a "no-surprises" sales process.
