ALLIANZ REASSURES GAME GROUP WARRANTY CUSTOMERSMar 22, 2012 17:36 GMT
Following yesterday’s news that the GAME Group plc is to appoint an administrator, Allianz has moved swiftly to reassure customers who have purchased an Extended Warranty covering breakdown of electrical goods bought from the Group’s GAME and Gamestation outlets.
Simon Brimicombe, corporate partner director at Allianz Retail, said:
“All GAME and Gamestation customers who have an exisiting Extended Warranty product that is underwritten by Allianz are unaffected by the GAME Group’s announcement. "
“All valid claims will be met until the end date of the policy and customers can continue to telephone our service centre as detailed in the literature supplied at the point of purchase.”
